What economic functions will cities serve, how will the quality of life change, and how will Cleveland and Northeast Ohio adapt? Cleveland’s downtown is attracting new residents and showing signs of new commercial life. Is this the start of a revival? Alan Ehrenhelt has been visiting downtowns across the country and will share his observations and insights into the myths and realities of downtown revival.
