The forum series, entitled Our Place in the Urban Age, will explore the dynamic role of cities in a world transformed by technology, climate change, modern lifestyles and a global economy. What will America's urban centers look like in what some are calling the Urban Age? What economic functions will cities serve, how will the quality of life change, and how will Cleveland and Northeast Ohio adapt? About this Forum Join us for the second forum in the year-long series, Our Place in the Urban Age, with a focus on downtown development. Cleveland’s downtown is attracting new residents and showing signs of new commercial life. Is this the start of a revival? Alan Ehrenhelt has been visiting downtowns across the country and will share his observations and insights into the myths and realities of downtown revival.
