A multi-sensory event and exhibition examining the many ways food and water shape indigenous communities, including collaborative lectures between the IPCC, National Hispanic Cultural Center, Acoma's Haak'u Museum; panel discussions, community based projects, a summer camp ("Dig It!) and an exhibit titled "Take a Bite Out of This!
