November 17, 18: Grindhouse Film Festival Returns to Hollywo...

Where: Hollywood Theatre

Date: 2007-11-17 17:00:00

Type:

Just got this from Dan (organizer): On November 17th and 18th 2007 only at the Hollywood Theatre, the Grindhouse Film Festival returns! Featuring old school kung fu, gore splattered horror, and gritty exploitation rarities! This is an incredible chance to see these forgotten, discarded, and ferociously badass films. Plus, there will be vintage 35mm Grindhouse trailers before each movie! As fans know, many times the trailers for these movies are mini masterpieces on their own. Also this year, there will be a couple of movies returning that have screened in the past but come highly requested to screen again. All prints are from private film collections from around the world and all trailers are from my personal 35mm collection. Also between movies will be some exploitation odd reels, some weird giveaways and a few other surprises. ...more info at PDXPIPELINE.com
