This educational series will meet on Mondays from July 23rd - September 10th. (except for Tuesday, Sept. 4 , which has been adjusted for the holiday) The focus is on helping women regain a wholesome balance after giving birth. Guest speakers will include lactation experts, postpartum doulas, midwives, physical therapists, psychotherapists and more!
