Following a path trod by The Offspring, Blink-182 and others, the Canadian band Sum 41 features a mighty guitar section, some hardcore rock elements and a bit of hip-hop thrown in to complete its rising pop-punk style. Formed in 1997, Yellowcard have built their following the old fashioned way; playing all-ages punk nights, rock dives, school events, suburban VFW halls, living rooms, back yards and any other places, averaging over 200 nights a year. The Ventura-based punk quintet's major label debut is 'Ocean Avenue.' Amber Pacific is a pop punk band that was started in 2002 as a trio of high school juniors who performed locally in their Seattle hometown just for kicks. Now, they continue to write songs about loss, love and friendship...but from a more grounded, yet still youthful, perspective. Monty Are I (formerly known as Monty's Fan Club and Monty) is an action rock band from Providence, RI. This musical group has three Vans Warped Tour stints under their belt, a strategic nationwide victory (over 6,000 bands) at the Ernie Ball Battle of the Bands and a self-financed indie EP 'The Red Shift.'
