Motion City Soundtrack is comprised of Joshua Cain, Tony Thaxton, Justin Pierre, Jesse Johnson and Matthew Taylor. Hailing from Norfolk, VA, Mae (an acronym for Multisensory Aesthetic Experience) is comprised of Matt Beck, Jacob Marshall, Mark Padgett, Rob Sweitzer and Dave Elkins. The five-piece set out together for a musical adventure in early 2001. This band was formed out of the ashes of several independent bands in the winter of 1996. The quintet from Orlando plays pop/rock music similar to Jimmy Eat World and Third Eye Blind.

Atlanta rockers Cartel gained significant promotional boosts from Yahoo!, MySpace, AOL, AbsolutePunk.net and PureVolume.net, leading to their successful single 'Honestly,' which in turn earned them more exposure via their music video on MTVU and Fuse. They also made the lineup on the 2006 VANS Warped Tour. No wonder Alternative Press called Cartel "a band you need to know." Nightmare of You is a Long Island four-piece band founded in 2003.

Fiddler and Cape Breton native Natalie MacMaster is a new icon among international fans of Celtic music. The Juno Award winner has released 10 recordings, her most recent, 'Yours Truly,' includes both contemporary and traditional songs, and features a guest appearance by Michael McDonald on the standard 'Danny Boy. MacMaster was recently awarded the highest honor given for lifetime achievement in her native country, the Order of Canada, making her one of the youngest recipients in the award's history.

Led by Cameroonian guitarist and vocalist Martino Atangana, African Blue Note features a line-up of some of the best musicians from the African countries with the hottest dance traditions, including soukous from Congo, mbalax from Senegal, makossa from Cameroon and more. The band blends West African musical styles with jazz, rock and funk.
