Puddle of Mudd is a post-grunge band from Kansas City, Missouri. While Memphis was an unlikely place for an alternative metal/post-grunge band, Saliva was able to follow in the tradition of crafting hard rock songs in a radio-friendly format popularized by the likes of Creed, Nickelback and Disturbed. Formed in 1996, Saliva has five recordings, the latest being 'Blood Stained, Love Story.'
