In this Icon session, we will discover and taste some of the most celebrated wines of Italy. We will start the tasting with a bottle of Prosecco or Spumante such as Ferrari Our selection will then include the following wines from the most well known houses: • DOCG Greco di Tufo (Campania) • DOCG Barolo (Piedmont) • DOCG Brunello di Montalcino (Tuscany) • DOC Bolgheri – Super Tuscan (Sassicaia or Ornellaia) (Tuscany) • DOC Amarone Della Valpolicella (Veneto) • DOCG Taurino (Campania) We will taste these different wines with a selection of fine Italian cheeses. At the end of the tasting, we will serve a selection of Italian appetizers to finish the bottles. This event is a small size event with very limited seating. Early purchase is encouraged. Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin (SSLYBY) is an American indie-pop band from Springfield, Missouri. Via Audio plays pretty indie pop. The Nightwatchman is a moniker for guitarist Tom Morello, founding member of Rage Against the Machine and of Audioslave. Morello's first solo album, 'One Man Revolution,' sports acoustic-based compositions that are a far cry from the heavy guitar rock Morello has purveyed in Rage and Audioslave. The artist has been utilizing the Nightwatchman moniker since 2004 for performances, and has of late been hosting a weekly residency at Los Angeles' Hotel Cafe. Among the guests that have dropped by recently are System Of A Down's Serj Tankian, Cypress Hill's Sen Dog and Perry Farrell.
