Cupping provides the opportunity to taste and compare coffees side by side. As the palate develops, subtle differences in roasts, origins, and processing methods will become easier to identify. The Saturday cupping selection will be: - Mexican Pluma - Ethiopian Harrar - French Roast These three coffees cover the roast-level spectrum represented in our store, providing opportunities to both understand how various roasts affect coffee aroma and flavor and sample three diverse single origins. For all who can stomach tearing themselves away from the television set on a Saturday afternoon during football season, Primavera salutes you!
