West Eats Meat will play world music, in which they combine Indian and Middle Eastern classical music sounds with avant-garde free jazz, rock and experimental instruments. The genesis of the band lies in the experimental instruments created by luthier Ari Lehtela, who blends elements of the Indian Sarod and Sitar with the guitar. Bassist John Shaughnessy and drummer John Spurrier complete to sound to create something that's totally unique. Their CD "West Eats Meat" will be available for sale. FREE concert.
