SOTA is proud to present the Seattle premiere of HELVETICA, Gary Hustwit's indie film about a typeface. The film will be screened Wednesday, August 1, at 7 pm, at Kane Hall on the University of Washington campus. A discussion with the director and Matthew Carter, one of the designers featured in the film, will take place after the show. This screening is free and open to the public. Tickets are now available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. HELVETICA, the critically-acclaimed festival favorite, is a Swiss Dots production, in association with Veer. This special evening is presented by The Society of Typographic Aficionados (SOTA) in partnership with Swiss Dots, Veer, and the University of Washington.
