Eastern dance in all its forms will be celebrated first in the morning with workshops and then on stage continuously from 2:30 - 6p.m. as dancers from San Diego to Ventura County and all points between perform, some with live percussionists. Henna artists will offer body art, vendors will sell dance gear, music and DVDs. Morning workshops begin at 10:30a.m. and continue at 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. and include Gypsy Skirt Seduction skills and Sword Balancing ($25) for dancers of all levels. Admission is $10, just $5 for Cal State University I.D. holders. Favorite Inland Empire troupes Blue Damsel and Troupe Melangees are among the many scheduled to perform, as will young dancers performing with their teachers.
