Guests can dance to tunes from the 1940s, play flag relay, learn how to make homemade marbles, and join in other fun crafts during this all-American party. Children can also plant their own victory gardens and grow their own vegetables, just as families did during the war. Since sugar was rationed, partygoers will enjoy sugarless chocolate cake as part of the celebration.
