Telepath, brings a spaced out dub sound that puts a modern spin on classic dub sound. Out of Ashville, NC they're becoming an Apache favorite. Stay for the after set with DJ Mafioso! Telepath Bio Taken from website... Telepath is a unique new voice in live-electronic music. The 3-piece from Asheville, NC incorporates a wide variety of sampled sounds -- horn lines, rhythm guitars, Indian and Arabic musicians and vocalists ?- and lays them over deep groove drumming and dark, reggae-infused basslines. The result is a multi-layered journey of sound that can transport listeners from a remote village in Pakistan, to a dub studio in 1970s Jamaica, to a fat Philly hip-hop groove -- sometimes in the same song. It is this "ReWorld" approach that prompted Thievery Corporation's "Outernational Music" representation company to choose Telepath as one of its inaugural artists. The debut album, Fire One, is available on iTunes, CDBaby.com, and Amazon.com. Doors @ 9:00pm Show @ 10:30pm $7 Advanced $10 Day of Show 18+
