Formed in Atlanta back in 2000, The Black Lips' music is overwhelming, refreshing and unparalleled by their peers. Emerging from the Peach State's garage rock scene with a vengence, the band is touring behind their most recent effort, 'Good Bad, Not Evil.' Mr. Quintron, celebrated Ninth Ward Organist and Inventor, is a one-man-band who often performs at his private underground club, the Spellcaster Lodge hidden away on St. Claude Avenue. He resides there with his wife, Miss Pussycat, who sings backup and plays maracas.
