WHEN: THURSDAYS COURSE DESCRIPTION: This class is designed for students who at least accomplished the Basic Beginner Course 1 or have 3-9 Months' Experience in Nightclub Salsa/Mambo "On2". You must already have your Basics, Cross Body Lead and Individual Single Turns Mastered. This class will teach you new and more advance turn patterns. You must be ready to upgrade your dancing with a bigger and more detailed repertoire of moves dealing with all aspects of Partnerwork Dancing. Hear and feel the beat to different tempos of music. Learn open turn drill exercises and to become better followers and leaders. This will improve your looks on the dance floor. Each week new turn combinations are taught. Teams will have 4 hours to collect as many of the items on the list as possible and bring them back to your starting point. You must stay in your full group at all times and arrive at your final destination as a group. You can register as a team or as a single participant and we will match you up with three other people. You are only allowed to use your feet and the MTA to get around. Using any other mode of transportation (yes this means cabs, scooters, bicycles, roller blades, boats etc.) will result in elimination from the race.
