"EXPOSURE CLEVELAND" SHOW #12 OPENS FRIDAY, JULY 13TH!!! (RUNS 7/13 - 8/8) A two-person show featuring the works of husband and wife photographers, Thaddeus and Dorothy Quintin. "Exposure Cleveland" is a flickr group with the sole intention of getting Northeast Ohio photographers together to celebrate photography and have fun. Each month, we sponsor a solo or group showing of new flickr photography at the Lava Lounge. It's a real blast, and all are invited to attend! We also sponsor "photo walks" to exciting locations and "practice shoots" to sharpen our skills. So come on out to one of our events, meet the ever-expanding group and have fun. We're all becoming good friends through photography, and we'd love to have you aboard!

The Open Student Television Network (OSTN) and Internet2 present the first OSTN-Internet2 Film Festival showcasing student work from the 2006-2007 school year. Held during Ingenuity Fest at Monte Ahuja Hall, Nance College of Business, Cleveland State University the screenings will be shown on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, July 19, 20 & 21, 7-9 pm. Each evening will include free popcorn and a raffle and will be followed by a cash bar reception. ADMISSION FOR ALL OF THESE EVENTS IS FREE. Student directors and producers participating in the festival will use Internet2’s advanced technologies to submit and screen their films for the festival. Each film will be netcast via the Internet2 nationwide research and education network. After each night’s screening at 9pm EDT, Internet2’s high performance national, regional, and campus networks will provide an interactive videoconference linking student directors with press and audience attending the film festival for a live Q&A session. Featuring programs from around the world and produced locally in Northeast Ohio, the OSTN-Internet2 Film Festival promotes the exhibition of original and student-produced film to increasingly broader audiences, celebrates the artistic development of student video production, and encourages the exploration of innovative fiction and documentary storytelling.
