Erie Gay Business Alliance meets

We will be planning future activities (including a candidate forum this fall), and there will also be a report about a meeting between Erie Gay Business Alliance members and Plexus, a similar group in Cleveland. Plexus considers itself The Chamber of Commerce for the LGBT community and its allies, provides access to networking events for its members and publishes a LGBT Visitors Guide. It is also affiliated with the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. The delegation from Erie will be attending a networking event and will meet with Plexus leaders at that time. The delegation will report back to the Erie Gay Business Alliance membership at its June 5th meeting. Tentatively, we will be having it the weekend of June 9th and 10th. Hopefully, we will be having an adult get together at the Plymouth on June 9th at 7:30 P.M. On Sunday, June 10th (exactly 10 years after we graduated) we will be having a family picnic style reunion at the Erie Zoo Picnic Area. This will be a laid-back, non-alcoholic family event lasting from 10 A.M. until sometime in the evening. Please check back regularly to get informed on any changes or updates on the plans.
