Some pastas and other carbs will also be available. Also, there will be one grill dedicated to vegetarian food items as well. If you have very special dietary needs or concerns, please pack your own food. Non-Alcoholic beverages and water will be available all day. SHOWERS Water at The Sculptured House comes from a well, so there is not enough water to allow for all participants to take showers during or after the event. However, we are selling 10 $200 tickets to participants who would like access to the two private showers available for use. We should have enough water for that. BREAKS You dont have to do yoga for 7 hours straight. To create breaks there will be guided hikes of Genesee Park, tours of the home and both indoor and outdoor seating to relax and eat and hydrate SCHEDULE Each Yoga Zone will have a revolving schedule of instructors and disciplines. Classes will be 1 hour long.
