2 cool films, 2 hot nights… all for FREE! The IFC Free Film Fest is a traveling festival bringing outstanding independent films to Civic Plaza on September 12th – 13th. Wednesday, September 12: The Princess Bride Thursday, September 13: Napoleon Dynamite *Gates open for picnicking at 6pm. The movie starts at sunset. CIVIC PLAZA 3rd St and Marquete Ave NW More than just presenting free films, though, the IFC Free Film Fest will be celebrating both the film and Indie culture of Albuquerque. At the festival we will be showcasing the best that New Mexico filmmakers have to offer in the Media Lab Lounge. If watching isn’t enough… you can even enter to win your own HD camera! IFC is also partnering with a non-profit organization, Kid Flicks.
