Badfish is a Sublime tribute band. What separates Badfish from other tribute bands is that they have replicated Sublime's essence, developing a scene and dedicated following most commonly reserved for label-driven, mainstream acts. Badfish make their mark on the audience by playing with the spirit of Sublime -- they perform not as Sublime would have, or did -- they perform as Badfish does.

Brooklyn-based doom quintet Bloody Panda is a strange animal. A hybrid of experimental atmospherics and cold, evil metal, they're equally at home opening for Soilent Green and playing with local avant-folk acts. Bloody Panda has been turning heads since 2003 with its live show - an intense, theatrical experience in which band members perform in executioner's hoods. However, the nucleus of this dirge is vocalist Yoshiko Ohara, whose deep and sorrowful chants belie her diminutive stature.

Conceived in the amazing year 2000, The Phenomenauts gained early recognition as the east bay's "craftiest and bravest band" (East Bay Express) for their now infamous commando-style performances in which they set up in front of large music venues and perform rollicking sets for unsuspecting crowds. These early "missions" gained them a loyal following and landed them on the cover of multiple bay area publications including 'The San Francisco Weekly,' 'The East Bay Express' and 'Independent Musician Magazine.' Maldroid is a British Invasion-style rock band based in Oakland, California.
