This class focuses on flavorful and wholesome entrées that can be prepared quickly yet still delight the senses. Afterward, everyone enjoys the meal and socializing at a lovely table. Recipes include Grilled Rib Eye Steak with Red Wine Sauce and Olive Tapenade, Seared Tiger Shrimp with Brown Derby Dressing and Red Pepper Mashed Potatoes, Spice-Crusted Seared Ahi Tuna on Mixed Greens with Cilantro-Pepper Dressing, Sautéed Chicken Breasts with Lemon Caper Sauce and Roasted Shallot Potatoes, and individual Molten Chocolate Cakes with Crème Anglaise. As a follow-up to this summer's Family Values tour, Korn frontman Jonathan Davis will perform a group of solo dates. For the trek, Davis will perform a variety of songs from Korn's catalog, along with covers and material from 2002's 'Queen of the Damned' soundtrack. Much of the set list will focus on songs Davis has rarely (or never) performed in concert. Davis' backing band will comprise Lilo Fadidas, Shane Gibson, Miles Mosley, Zac Baird and Michael Jochum. The band was compiled by Richard Gibbs, who was the music director for Korn's "MTV Unplugged" session and Davis's scoring partner on 'Queen of the Damned.'
