Meshell Ndegeocello is a highly regarded and accomplished bass player, songwriter, and bandleader. She has recorded eight studio albums and earned ten Grammy nominations. Very funky and textural music melded with sung and spoken lyrics generally characterize Meshell's complex style. Meshell has worked with a plethora of the finest voices in music today.
