Silverstein was formed in early 2000 in Ontario, Canada and acquired it's name after the famous children's author by the same name. The band thrived to tear down the boundaries between hardcore, emo and punk and with the addition of guitarist Neil Boshart, after founding guitarist Richard McWalter left the band, a myriad of new influences and ideas came in which is believed to have solidified and enhanced the band's developing trademark sound. Born from Buffalo's hardcore scene, It Dies Today creates a blend of brutal riffs, punishing breakdowns but coupled with huge anthemic and driving melodic sections as well. He Is Legend is a rock/post-hardcore/southern rock band formed in Wilmington, North Carolina. The band consists of vocalist Schuylar Croom, guitarist Adam Tanbouz, drummer Steven Bache, bassist Matt Williams and guitarist Mitch Marlow.

The 2nd Annual “TASTE OF MILWAUKEE SOUL,” Wisconsin’s “Food from the Heart” fundraising event, will take place Sunday, August 5, 2007 at the Mother Kathryn Daniels Conference Center (MKDCC), 3500 West Mother Daniels Way in Milwaukee. The 2nd Annual “Taste of Milwaukee Soul” will be an event that people of all ages can attend. Whether spending the afternoon tasting some of the best food Milwaukee has to offer or browsing the many vendors in attendance, it’ll be a great place to spend the afternoon with the entire family! Admission to the event is a $25 contribution per person, a portion of which is tax deductible. Tickets can be purchased at the MKDCC or through participating vendors. The legendary Glenn Miller Orchestra will get your toes a tappin' with songs like 'Moonlight Serenade,' 'In the Mood' & 'Don't Sit Under the Apple Tree.' They may be from an era gone by, but they still get under your skin. The present Glenn Miller Orchestra was formed in 1956 & has been touring consistently since, playing an average of 300 live dates a year all around the world. The 19-member band continues to play many of the original Miller arrangements.
