The daughter of the legendary Mel Tillis, Pam continues her father's tradition of pure country music. She also manages to bring contemporary influences to her recordings, flirting at various times with pop, bluegrass, western, swing and other influences. Florida native Daniel Lee Martin left a successful career in advertising to pursue his dream of being a country musician. Eschewing traditional record deal offers in Nashville, Martin instead found a partner in Major League pitcher and three time world rodeo champion Todd Stottlemyre, who helped Martin finance and relesae his 2003 debut album, 'All That I Am.' Martin then set out and played at a wealth of Wal-Marts nationwide, which sold plenty of albums and made him the most talked about independent artists of 2004.
