Bead Fest Atlanta

Bead Fest will be making its annual appearance in Atlanta at the Georgia International Convention Center from Aug. 10-12. Bead Fest celebrates the art of beaded jewelry and brings together the beading community under one roof. This three day event will offer hands-on jewelry making workshops and many opportunities to purchase beautiful beaded creations. There will also be opportunities to purchase supplies in order to make creative beaded jewelry. Open to the general public, this year’s event will feature more than 25 vendors with over 100 booths and nearly 30 classes taught by bead experts from around the country. Participants can register in advance or on-site for hands-on workshops at all experience levels. There will be a variety of techniques taught, some of which include, bead stitching, bead stringing, metal clay, chain maille, wire wrapping, and wire crochet.
