Louis C.K. is an acclaimed, award-winning stand-up comedian, actor, television writer, producer and filmmaker. Since moving to New York City in 1990, he has gigged tirelessly all over the nation and written for, 'The Chris Rock Show,' (where he won his first Emmy award), 'Late Night With Conan O'Brien' and 'The Late Show With David Letterman.' He has also filmed three half-hour specials, one for Comedy Central and two for HBO. Louis C.K. most recently created and starred in HBO's first-ever sitcom, 'Lucky Louie.' As a filmmaker, Louis is best known for his cult classic 'Pootie Tang,' which he wrote and directed. Both Variety and the Hollywood Reporter have picked Louis as a, "Comic To Watch" and Entertainment Weekly has highlighted him in their, "It List."
