'Envy on the Coast' is an experimental alternative rock band from Long Island, New York, headed by Ryan Hunter lead songwriter. Envy On The Coast is made up of the ashes of three former Long Island bands, the pop punk tinged 3 Minute Warning, Kingston 12 and the post-hardcore band Guilt Like Gravity. This rock quartet from Washington, DC came together in early 1999. After a few name changes and the addition of a lead guitarist, they settled on the name of Army of Me and began to play up and down the East Coast. Emery is a punk band from Seattle.
